With the new serger in the house I've embarked on a sewing expedition. My first project was the roman shades with my mom's help. Then we made a jumper for Jada. Then I made a nightgown that didn't fit right.......so I bought a book on modifying patterns for better fit. And I bought a bolt of muslin and various other modifying and fitting tools.....And I made this great tunic top! And, wow, it actually fits, even though the darts are size 10, and the shoulders are a mix of size 16/18/and 20 (don't ask), and the hemline is .....that's on a need to know basis! Anyway, during the whole tunic top adventure, I also made a frilly top for Jada. Next is Jada pants and a whole another shirt adventure for me.............................oh boy!
